From the USA: Head on over to our easy returns portal fill out the required fields and we'll email you a return label. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items.

The return fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns on Face Masks. We accept unworn suits in the original condition with, the tags and liners in tact in the original packaging within 90 days of the purchase. We will not accept your return or exchange if there is any body oil, perfume, body lotion, deodorant, fluids, or sunless tanner etc, on the suit. The product must be in the original condition. Please allow for return shipping time, up to 7 business days to process the return at our warehouse and up to 5-8 days for your credit card issuer to accept the return. We do not accept returns on scrunchies.
Please note that all sale items are final sale.
We carefully monitor returns to identify potential misuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you are shipping from outside the USA, you must write "RETURNED GOODS - NOT FOR SALE" on the customs form. If we are charged duty on the return item because you missed this step, then we have the right to deduct the duties we received from your refund.
How do I return or exchange an order?
For your return, please:
- Visit our return portal and fill out the required fields
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange or return. Quick tip: If you’re returning an item(s), you have the option to return for store credit free of charge.
- Stick the return label on the mailer and close it up carefully with tape.
- Drop off your item(s) to the courier on the label.*
*Make sure to have your return dropped off and scanned 80 days from the original ship date to avoid being charged and to receive your refund. Only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track it. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely. We'll issue you store credit and then you can order the item off our site. Please note, our store credit is valid for two years. This option is free of charge.
What if my return is past the 90 day window?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received outside of the 90 day period will not be accepted for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer.
Can I return Sale items?
Sale items cannot be returned for refund or store credit. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues, even if the item was received as a gift.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then up to 5 - 8 business days for your credit card or original payment method to process it on their end. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
