Can I return sale items?
All Final Few items and items bought during site-wide sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For Newsletter list exclusive promotions, items are eligible for exchange for store credit, but are ineligible for refund. We know that buying things online that are final sale can be difficult! We'd be thrilled to answer any questions you have over live chat, DM and emails to help you find the perfect fit.
Can I return a Mystery Bundle?
Mystery Bundles are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long do I have to make a return?
Exchange: 30 days from shipment arrival
Refund: 14 days from shipment arrival
How do I make a return?
We offer easy returns via our return portal for regular priced, regular collection items in unworn condition with tags attached. You'll be emailed a return label for USPS.
Exchange: We cover the cost of return postage
Refund: Return postage at a flat rate of $15.00
What condition does my return need to be in?
Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns that have any body lotion, deodorant or any markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, or you are returning a non returnable item, we reserve the right to decline your return and you will incur a $40.00 return shipping cost.
Can I return items from 2 orders in one package?
You must fill out a separate return for each order placed and must ship back with the return label related to that order. Our return portal will not process items shipped back from 2 separate orders.

If you are shipping from outside the USA, you must write "RETURNED GOODS - NOT FOR SALE" on the customs form. If we are charged duty on the return item because you missed this step, then we have the right to deduct the duties we received from your refund.
