Can I return sale items?

Holiday Exchange Policy: Extended returns and exchanges until Jan 4 on purchases made between Nov 5–Dec 22. Some restrictions apply.

Sale Items: If your suit doesn’t fit perfectly, your first exchange is on us. Items must be unworn with tags attached and processed via our easy return portal. Sale items are eligible for exchange only and not eligible for refund.

Full Priced Items: Full-priced items are eligible for refund or free first exchange. A $15 return postage fee applies for returns. Items must be unworn with tags attached and processed via our easy return portal.

Final Few: Orders from discount-based promos (excluding welcome offers) are eligible for exchange only.

Can I return a Mystery Bundle?

Mystery Bundles are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long do I have to make a return?

Exchange: 30 days from shipment arrival

Refund: 14 days from shipment arrival

How do I make a return?

We offer easy returns via our return portal with for regular priced, regular collection items in unworn condition with tags attached.  You'll be emailed a return label for Canada Post.

Exchange: We cover the cost of return postage

Refund: Return postage at a flat rate of $15.00. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I return items from 2 orders in one package?

You must fill out a separate return for each order placed and must ship back with the return label related to that order. Our return portal will not process items shipped back from 2 separate orders.

What condition does my return need to be in?

Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns that have any body lotion, deodorant or any markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, or you are returning a non returnable item, we reserve the right to decline your return and you will incur a $40.00 return shipping cost.
