What does the material feel like?
Our suits have a silky soft feeling that is thicker than most swimsuits.
What does the compression material do?
You'll feel held, supported and smooth in a Londre swimsuit. Gone are the days of flimsy swimsuits replaced by feeling like you are wearing a hug.
Are the white suits see through?
All of our suits are double lined and opaque when wet.
Do your suits have padding?
Some of our suits have a pockets where you can insert your own padding. At this time, we don't offer padding because we weren't able to find a high quality, sustainable option for this and most people have lots of extra padding kicking around.
Can I return sale items?
All Final Few items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For Newsletter list exclusive promotions, items are eligible for exchange for store credit, but are ineligible for refund. We know that buying things online that are final sale can be difficult! We'd be thrilled to answer any questions you have over live chat, DM and emails to help you find the perfect fit.
How long do I have to make a return?
Exchange: 30 days from shipment arrival

How do I make a return?
We offer easy returns via our return portal with for regular priced, regular collection items in unworn condition with tags attached. You'll be emailed a return label for USPS.
Exchange: We cover the cost of return postage
Refund: Return postage at a flat rate of $15.00
What condition does my return need to be in?
Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns that have any body lotion, deodorant or any markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, or you are returning a non returnable item, we reserve the right to decline your return and you will incur a $40.00 return shipping cost.
What if my order contains a presale item?
That means that your garment is still being expertly crafted or being packed up to be shipped. We do small production runs to eliminate wastage. This results in items selling out very quickly, and us putting items up with a "ships close to" date.
All items ship together. If you have multiple items in your order and want something shipped first, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. However, we do accept returns and exchanges on items in the original condition.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in USD.
What are your suits made out of?
Our products are made primarily of recycled plastic bottles, sourced from an OEKO Tex 100 certified factory in Taiwan. This is blended with a small amount of Chitosante. Chitosante is made out of by product shells from the shellfish industry that would have otherwise been discarded, making it a sustainable resource.
Aside from being environmentally friendly, Chitosante is durable, non-toxic, naturally anti-bacterial and anti-microbial, and odour resistant.
A side note about shellfish allergies: People who are allergic to shellfish are allergic to the meat, not the shell. Generally experts believe that chitosan is unlikely to be a problem for people with shellfish allergy.
What happens to the water used in production?
All of the water used in production is PH balanced and free of harmful dyes and chemicals, and is able to be recycled in a closed loop system.
Are your suits made ethically?
Yes! We deeply believe that you can't take care of the planet with out taking care of its people. Our suits are made ethically in Vancouver, BC with quality in mind. All sewers are paid above minimum wage. We personally visit our factories to ensure that they meet the stringent standards in BC for workers safety, anti discrimination and fair treatment.
How do I recycle my Londre suit?
We are thrilled to accept suits that no longer serve you. Send us an email to email@example.com and we'll send you a return shipping label, along with a 15% off code for a future order.
What environmental impact have you made so far?
• So far, Londre has taken over 1 million plastic bottles from the beaches and streets of Taiwan to create our swimwear.
• All water used in production is able to be reused.
• Textile factory is OEKO tex 100 certified.
• Strategic use of fabric scraps in the creation of accessories.
• Small production to minimize waste.
• Recycling program - all suits are able to be rejuvenated into new materials at the end of their long life.
• Repair program - compensation given to customers to have suits repaired with in first year after purchase if needed.
• All dyes are non toxic and free of harmful chemicals.
• Minimally used packaging is compostable (made from corn) and recyclable.
• Planting of coral polyps which should become 3 restored coral reefs.
• Removed 4,500lbs of waste from Pacific Northwest beaches.
• Planted 400+ water-cleaning willow tree sapplings in indigenous communities.
• Planted 500+ mangrove tress to remove carbon and protect eco-systems.
