As we grow, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on associate to help bring our brand’s visual identity to life across digital channels.
About the Role
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, has a strong visual eye, and wants to grow within a mission-led fashion brand. You’ll support campaign execution, content planning, influencer coordination, and social strategy — while also getting opportunities to appear in content and contribute creative ideas from the ground up.
Location Requirement
This role is based in Vancouver, BC. You must be available for at least two in-person days per week for local shoots, meetings, and production support.
Where: Vancouver, Canada
Time Commitment: Full-Time, Hybrid
Experience: 2–4 years in a content creation, marketing, or social media role
Compensation: $55–70k CAD, depending on experience
Content Creation & Social Support
Help create and post short-form video and photo content across Instagram, TikTok, and email
Support execution of the brand’s content calendar
Assist in writing captions, gathering UGC, and maintaining visual consistency
Appear in content (trend-based reels, product reviews, behind-the-scenes)
Campaign & Photoshoot Assistance
Assist with concepting, moodboarding, shot lists, and post-production tasks
Help coordinate shoots, including casting, styling, and logistics
Support the marketing team in preparing assets and visuals for campaign launches
Influencer & Creator Support
Research aligned influencers and support the coordination of gifting and seeding
Track deliverables and ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines
Community Content & UGC
Monitor and curate community and customer content
Repurpose high-performing UGC for web, email, and social
Help build systems for organizing and tracking content
Content Performance & Learnings
Track engagement and performance of posts
Share learnings with the team to inform future creative direction
2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing (fashion/lifestyle a plus)
A valid drivers’ license in BC
Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace (Adobe Suite or editing skills are a bonus)
Strong visual eye and understanding of trends across Instagram and TikTok
Able to lift 20 Lbs for supporting on location
Comfortable on camera and interested in representing the brand voice
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Based in Vancouver, BC with hybrid work availability
