Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale. For email exclusive promotions, items are eligible for exchange for store credit, but are ineligible for refund. We know that buying things online that are final sale can be difficult! We'd be thrilled to answer any questions you have over live chat, DM and emails to help you find the perfect fit.
How long do I have to make a return?
Exchange: 30 days from shipment arrival

How do I make a return?
We offer easy returns via our return portalwith for regular priced, regular collection items in unworn condition with tags attached. You'll be emailed a return label for USPS.
Exchange: We cover the cost of return postage
Refund: Return postage at a flat rate of $15.00
What condition does my return need to be in?
Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returnsthat have any body lotion, deodorant or any markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, or you are returning a non returnable item, we reserve the right to decline your return and you will incur a $40.00 return shipping cost.
